Terms of Use
Last updated: 1 July 2026
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to singaporeaischool.life and enrolment in courses offered by Singapore AI School Pte. Ltd. By using this website or registering for training, you agree to these Terms.
1. About Singapore AI School
Singapore AI School Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202044571M) is a private vocational training provider registered in Singapore. The word “School” is branding describing our structured course path and modern campus format — we are not an MOE-registered school, university, polytechnic or government agency. The domain singaporeaischool.life uses the .life TLD as branding for everyday AI skills in work and daily life; it does not indicate life coaching, wellness counselling, personal transformation programmes or mental-health services.
Our courses teach practical AI skills using generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude and Gemini. Completion certificates confirm participation in training only. They do not constitute professional licensure, academic credit, MOE recognition or employer certification unless a separate written agreement explicitly states otherwise.
2. Acceptance and eligibility
By browsing this website, submitting forms or enrolling in courses, you confirm that you are at least eighteen years old (or have guardian consent where applicable), that information you provide is accurate, and that you have authority to bind your organisation if enrolling on its behalf. We may refuse or cancel enrolment where misuse, fraud or abusive conduct is suspected.
3. Website use
You may use this website for lawful purposes related to learning about and enrolling in our courses. You must not:
- Attempt unauthorised access to our systems or other users’ accounts;
- Scrape, mirror or republish substantial content without written permission;
- Introduce malware, spam or automated traffic that degrades service;
- Misrepresent affiliation with Singapore AI School or claim government endorsement;
- Use our materials to promote get-rich-quick schemes, crypto trading signals or guaranteed income products.
We may suspend access for violations without notice where immediate protection is required.
4. Enrolment, fees and payment
Course fees are quoted in Singapore dollars (SGD) unless otherwise stated. Indicative prices on the website may change; binding fees appear in your enrolment agreement or invoice. Payment terms, refund windows, transfer policies and no-show rules are specified at enrolment. Unless expressly stated on an official invoice with a named scheme reference, our courses are not SkillsFuture-funded and we are not affiliated with government subsidy programmes.
Failure to pay may result in suspension from live cohort sessions or self-paced module access. Corporate contracts may include separate master service terms.
5. Educational disclaimer
Facilitators share operational experience and pedagogical guidance. They do not provide legal, tax, medical, HR compliance or investment advice. AI tool outputs demonstrated in class may contain errors; you are responsible for verifying information before relying on it in professional contexts.
6. No guaranteed outcomes
We do not guarantee employment, salary increases, promotions, business revenue, productivity gains or any specific result from completing our courses. Testimonials or case studies describe individual experiences, not typical outcomes. Past learner success does not predict your results. Employers make hiring decisions independently; our training is one factor among many.
7. Intellectual property
Course materials, syllabus documents, branding, website design and facilitator-created resources are owned by Singapore AI School Pte. Ltd. or licensed to us. Enrolment grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use materials for your own learning during and after the course — not for resale, public redistribution or competing training products without written consent.
You retain ownership of original work you create in assignments and capstone projects. By submitting work for facilitator feedback in cohort settings, you grant us a limited licence to display anonymised excerpts internally for training quality improvement.
8. Acceptable conduct in courses
Learners must treat facilitators and peers respectfully, follow classroom policies on recording and device use, and comply with PDPA principles when handling sample data. Harassment, plagiarism, sharing login credentials or deliberate misuse of AI tools to generate harmful content may result in removal without refund where policies permit.
You are responsible for obtaining any third-party AI tool subscriptions required for homework unless your enrolment package explicitly includes licences.
9. Third-party tools and links
Our curriculum references third-party AI platforms and websites we do not control. Their terms, privacy policies and availability may change without notice. Links are provided for convenience, not endorsement. We are not liable for third-party service interruptions or policy changes affecting your access.
10. Privacy
Personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By submitting forms, you consent to processing as described there.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, Singapore AI School Pte. Ltd. and its directors, employees and contractors shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from website use or course participation, including lost profits, data loss or business interruption.
Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to a specific enrolment shall not exceed the fees you paid us for that enrolment in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Singapore AI School Pte. Ltd. against claims arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of course materials, violation of third-party rights or unlawful use of AI tools after completing training.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore for disputes arising from or relating to these Terms, our courses or this website, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms periodically. The “Last updated” date reflects the current version. Material changes affecting enrolled learners will be communicated where reasonable. Continued website use after updates constitutes acceptance unless law requires explicit re-consent.
15. Force majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemic restrictions, utility outages, third-party platform failures or government directives affecting classroom access. Where in-person sessions are cancelled for such reasons, we will offer rescheduled dates or reasonable alternatives such as hybrid delivery or module credit, consistent with your enrolment agreement.
16. Severability and entire agreement
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. These Terms, together with your enrolment agreement and our Privacy and Cookie policies, constitute the entire agreement regarding website use unless a separate signed contract states otherwise for corporate clients. Waiver of any breach does not waive subsequent breaches.
