FAQ

Questions about the course path

Common enquiries about Singapore AI School — our structured syllabus, delivery formats, generative AI tools covered, fees in SGD and the boundaries of what we teach. Contact us if your question is not answered here.

Singapore AI School delivers structured vocational training in practical AI skills for work and daily life in Singapore. Certificates confirm course participation only. We operate as a private course provider — not an MOE-registered school and not part of any government programme unless clearly stated. We make no promises about jobs, salary, income or other results. AI tools can be wrong — use your own judgment for important decisions. This is skills training, not legal, financial, medical or investment advice.

Is Singapore AI School an MOE-registered school, and is ‘.life’ about life coaching?

No. We are a private AI-skills training provider. “School” is branding for our structured course path — we are not an MOE-registered school, university or degree institution. The .life TLD is branding only — not life coaching, not wellness programmes and not personal transformation retreats. We do not guarantee jobs, income or specific outcomes. Completion certificates reflect training participation only.

Which AI tools does the syllabus cover?

Our hands-on modules use ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude and Gemini, plus AI features in common productivity suites. You will learn prompt writing, AI workflows, AI-assisted work for documents and email, AI automation patterns where appropriate and rigorous verifying AI output before sharing results. We do not teach machine-learning engineering, data-science degrees or software development bootcamps — the focus is everyday AI tasks for Singapore professionals.

What prerequisites do I need?

Beginner-friendly pacing welcomes learners with no prior AI experience. Comfort with email, documents and basic web browsing is sufficient. For modules involving light spreadsheet tasks, familiarity with rows and columns helps but advanced formulas are not required. Singapore residents and working professionals at any career stage may enrol; we do not require programming knowledge or university credentials.

Are courses online, in-person or hybrid?

All three. Live cohort courses run at our Raffles Place campus with optional hybrid attendance. Self-paced modules stream recorded step-by-step lessons with monthly office hours. Weekend intensives and corporate AI training may be delivered on-site at your Singapore premises or at Republic Plaza. Check the syllabus for current cohort schedules.

How large are learning cohorts?

Standard cohorts cap at eighteen participants to preserve facilitator attention during pair practice and skills checkpoints. Corporate workshops scale differently but maintain hands-on ratios agreed in your training scope. One-to-one skills review sessions are individual by definition.

What are the fees and refund terms?

Module fees range from S$720 to S$940; the full course path bundle is S$3,680–S$4,280 depending on delivery format. Corporate pricing starts from S$4,800 per workshop. Refund and transfer policies are stated in your enrolment agreement — contact us before payment if you need details. All quotes are in Singapore dollars unless noted for overseas self-paced learners.

Does SkillsFuture or government funding apply?

Unless expressly stated on your official enrolment invoice with a named scheme reference, our courses are not SkillsFuture-funded and we are not a government-accredited institution. We are a private vocational training provider. Do not assume subsidies apply without written confirmation from us.

How do you handle personal data under PDPA?

We comply with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012. Enrolment and contact forms require explicit consent before processing. Course exercises use anonymised or self-supplied sample content — we instruct learners not to paste NRIC numbers, live client records or third-party personal data into public AI tools. Full details: Privacy Policy. Contact [email protected].

What is NOT included in your courses?

Our vocational training does not include get-rich-quick schemes, guaranteed jobs or income, crypto or forex trading, MLM programmes, executive MBA content, accredited university degrees or licensed professional advice (legal, medical, financial). We teach practical AI skills for work and daily life — honestly scoped, without hype.

Can I use any AI tool during class?

Sessions standardise on tools listed in the syllabus so facilitators can demo consistently. You may discuss alternatives during Q&A, but exercises assume access to at least one major generative AI subscription. Enterprise accounts are encouraged where your employer provides them; free tiers suffice for many homework tasks. Always follow your organisation’s acceptable-use policy alongside our responsible AI module guidelines.
